My idyllic Retreats are held in the beautiful South Normandy countryside in France, where we are blessed with stunning scenery and magical energy. With its atmosphere of peace and relaxation, this 2 day immersion will:
- deepen our relationship with Mother Earth, and enable us to re-learn the old ways lost in time
- rebalance the energy centres of the mind, body and spirit and re-connect us to the cycles and rhythms of Mother Earth and the Wise Ones
The Retreats are individually tailored and can include Shamanic, Reiki, Morgen La Fey and Sound Healing as well as Drum Circles and Ceremony. None of the activities are compulsory so you can do as little or as much as you like. It will be all about healing, recharging, taking time out for YOU and most of all fun.
