Walking to Release Stress

I really love my walks in nature and Walking Meditation is used in Mindfulness, to help reduce stress. So on Saturday, I decided to practice what I preach and to take a walk back home from Poole Town Centre,  via the Shoreline and Upton Park. (It took me 1 hour 15 mins). This allowed me time to accept, that things happen for a reason and to take notice of the journey and everthing and everyone around me. I remembered to take my phone and was able to take some photos on the way.

Low tide along the shoreline with crystal clear water. Honouring Morgen Gliten, Oak Woman, Guardian of the Seas, the Oceans, the very water that sustains life.

Even in death Oak Woman is still majestic.

I discovered another pond on the walk and Mother Moorhen with her babies being watched over by the ducks. I too, am blessed, to have people watching over me during this stressful period and I thank you all for your help and support.
