My dear friend Susan accompanied me to France on my latest trip and when we arrived, we were greeted with snow and ice. Nice to look at but not to drive in.
On our last morning, what a gift. We were having breakfast (full english breakfast cooked by Susan) when what did we see outside the window – a beautiful male deer (stag). He knew we were there. Completely trusted us. Could hear and see everything we were doing. And then as mysteriously as he had arrived, he disappeared.
Just look at the golden light in the trees above him. And in the main photo there are, what look like, golden orbs surrounding him. Such a fabulous experience.
I will be leaving this special place very soon so I felt it was his way of saying goodbye.
