At this event Sound Space meditation and Shamanic drumming come together to meet your Power Animal.
The term Power Animal has its origins in Shamanism and these magical Animals are happy to serve and willingly do so whenever called upon, when guidance,protection ,healing,encouragement or inspiration is needed.
Heather from Sacred Mysteries UK and Chrissy from Sound space will guide you through the process of entering the Shamanic Realm, using shamanic drum and rattle.
Whilst being totally relaxed you will have the ability to let go with the sounds of the hand pan and native flutes, in sacred and protected space, in and out of your journey.
