Harmony periods are when all the Earth’s energy lines come into harmony. In the words of Rory Duff “It is on these occasions that the special sound energy shape forms interact very well with our own energy fields, if we resonate with them the right way. The ultimate aim is to have Gatherings occurring all around the World on Sacred Sites during these Harmony periods. The benefits that can come from a Sacred Space are – enhanced creativity, peacefulness, increased growth in trees and vegetation, greater varieties of visiting animal and bird life, better sleep, improved health, less stress. We have been meditating four times a year since 2012 at Sacred Sites and always on the first day of the Harmony time at midday. If everyone does the same, at midday in their own time zone, it will set up a wave of positive energy being brought into the World”. I am blessed to have a Sacred Site of my own in France which Rory Duff will be putting on his Sacred Sites map very shortly. Rory is still in the teething stages of his website but his vision is incredible. My ultimate aim is to hold Harmony Days at my Sacred Site in France and all will be welcome. In the meantime I shall be at Carn Les Boel in Cornwall for this Harmony Day and if any of you are in the area, please do come along.

Carn Les Boel is the most westerly node in England as described by Hamish Miller and Paul Broadhurst in their book, the Sun and the Serpent. It is isolated and quite hard to find. It will take a good 45 minutes walk from the Porthgwarra car park, so take some water with you. Have some change too, as the car park has a parking meter. You will need to wear good walking shoes/boots and outdoor clothing as the area is exposed to the elements. Getting there is uphill but the views are wonderful so bring your camera if this is your first time. The directions I followed are:
Park your car at Porthgwarra car park next to the café.
(D/A) Head towards the beach and take “coast path Lands End 3 3/4m” at the junction signpost.
(1) Ascend the path overlooking the cove for half a mile, go past a red daymark on your right until you reach the National Coastwatch Institution station on Gwennap Head. Past the station, continue down the path leading to Porth Loe and go up towards Pellitras Point along these impressive cliffs and boulders.
(2) When the path levels, you finally reach a low wall and a gate. Past the gate, go straight at the fork (slightly left heading to rocks in front of you). Keep left path leading to Car Barra overlooking Pendower Cove. During clear days you can see Land’s End buildings and Longships lighthouse as well!
(3) Continue down, then up along Pendower Cove until you reach Carn Les Boel with views over Nanjizal Cove.
Enjoy the Harmony Day wherever you are and if you are in Penzance on 21/12/22 I look forward to seeing you at the Montol Festival.
Yuletide Blessings to you all
