Mindfulness

This is about finding peace in a frantic world and putting you back in control of your life.  Mindfulness is about observation without criticism and being compassionate with yourself.

It allows you to catch negative thought patterns before they tip you into a downward spiral and by allowing you to see the present moment clearly, it can positively change the way you see yourself and your life.  By becoming more aware of the present moment, you can enjoy the world around you more and understand yourself better.

Mindfulness can be practised anywhere and is particularly helpful if you have been trapped in reliving past problems or are pre living future worries, typically:

  • Lack of confidence
  • Stress
  • Anger
  • Worry
  • Fatigue
  • Depression
